Recommended regime measures:
Follow a sufficient drinking regime (1.5-2 liters of water per day).
Treatment in adults:
Take a tablet eg containing diclofenac, ibuprofen, naproxen, paracetamol.
To increase the effect, there are tablets with a rapid onset of action (called "Rapid").
There are combined formulations that can only be used for a short time: paracetamol with caffeine and guaifenesin or propyphenazone.
Migraine
Recommended regime measures:
Stay calm in bed.
Lie in silence and darkness.
Treatment in adults:
Drug treatment is the same as for headache, see above.
In case of nausea and vomiting, take the medicine in the form of suppositories.
