Short-term pain in muscles, tendons, joints

  • After sports: preparations containing magnesium are recommended.
  • After exercise: apply topical creams, gels, patches (containing eg diclofenac, ibuprofen, capsaicin) directly to the painful area.
  • In case of pain in small joints, bandaging with an elastic bandage is recommended.
