Menstrual pain

Recommended regime measures:

• Place a thermophore bottle on the abdomen / keep it warm.
• Stay calm.

Treatment in adults:

• Take a tablet eg containing diclofenac, ibuprofen, naproxen, paracetamol in combination with caffeine.
• To increase the effect, there are tablets with a rapid onset of action (called "Rapid").
• Preparations containing acetylsalicylic acid are not recommended due to increased bleeding.
• You can try over-the-counter magnesium products to relieve cramps.
