Only a small dose can be applied with a mechanical spray, so only the front of the nose is cleaned and the rinsing is less intense. It is recommended to use a pressure vessel or teapot for cavities and posterior rhinitis.
The aim is to remove as many allergens (pollen, dust) and pathogenic microorganisms from the nose and adjacent cavities as possible. Rinsing can also remove dirt, dead cells and excess mucus.
